If you want to add formatting to a page, double-click the content of the page. This will open the editor in "Wysiwyg" (What you see is what you get) mode. To enter the plain-text "Wikitext" mode, click the radio button marked "Wikitext." This will display the underlying formatting conventions available in the wiki. You can then edit the formatting directly for more control over the way the content will be displayed.
